• • • Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
      While you can buy tickets at the door, we encourage purchasing them in advance to avoid additional fees and to skip the lines.
    • Where do I pick up my tickets?
      You can pick up your tickets at the will-call desk located in the lobby of South Hall.
    • What does my ticket include?
      Weekend tickets and Mimosas at the Market tickets allow reentry on any of the three event days. Day passes provide access to the event for one day only.

• • • How does the raffle work?
      Raffle tickets can be purchased online or at the event. You do not need to be present to win. Larger prizes will be drawn on Sunday at 4:00 PM.
    • Are we able to get photos with Santa?
      Yes, photos with Santa will be taken by Triadic Photography on Friday from 3:00-5:00 PM, Saturday from 12:00-4:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00-3:00 PM. There is a $25 fee for these professional photos, which will be credited toward your digital downloads from the online gallery. All proceeds support Randolph School and Greengate at Randolph's Tailored Tuition Program.
      (Please note: you are welcome to take photos with Santa using your own devices at no cost, outside of the scheduled times for professional photography. Free times are 11:00-12:00 and 4:00-5:00 on Saturday, and 3:00-5:00 on Sunday.)
    • Do I need to buy a separate ticket for special events?
      Yes, each special event requires its own ticket purchase. However, every special event ticket also includes a free market pass for the day of the event, which covers the entry fee.
    • Are children allowed to attend?
      Yes, they are encouraged to! Children aged 12 and under can attend for free.
